The State of Tennessee is working to make affordable broadband more available to rural Tennesseans.  Broadband does not include dial-up or satellite.  If you currently do not have broadband available at your home or business, and feel that you would subscribe if the rates were affordable, the Hohenwald/Lewis County Chamber of Commerce wants to help.  You may stop by our office at 106 N. Court St. for a form to fill out.  You may also go to their website at www.connectedtn.org, at the bottom of the screen, select "Broadband is not available to me yet."  By filling out this form, you are in no way obligated to sign up for high-speed internet.  Your information will be logged in a confidential database to encourage broadband providers to expand their service areas.  If you have any questions, you may contact Deanna Ward at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
