BUILD OUR CHAMBER: an organization of highly trained, highly skilled businesses who contribute to each other's business success and the future of our organization.
Strategy I: Entry-(onboarding)
Goal: build a strong foundation for new members through consistent encouragement, exposure (advertisement) and enrichment -supply of informational resources.
Key Tactics: Ribbon cuttings, FB posts, website presence, networking opportunities, shop local promotions, Chamber Spotlights in the Lewis Co. Herald, radio spots @ WMLR etc.
Strategy II: Growth-
Goal: strengthen and support new and existing businesses to meet their evolving needs for growth.
Key Tactics: Ongoing professional development opportunities through seminars, Lunch & Learns, webinars etc.
Strategy III: Succession Planning
Goal: Ensure long-term sustainability by supplying training opportunities for future leadership and skill needs.
Key Tactics: Leadership Lewis, TCAT promotion and access, CTE and Work Ethic Wednesdays at the local high school and all other offerings under our GROWTH tactics.
