Goal- strengthen the ways we capture, share and celebrate the success of our members.
Key Tactics: Continual Development of our services to our members, create a Success Story Collection & Sharing System (website blogs, FB posts, Chamber Spotlights).
Strategy II: Chamber-wide consistency of services to ALL members.
Goal- Establish baseline standards for member interactions to ensure a consistent experience.
Key Tactics: Design a Member Engagement Model that ensures we serve every member, Establish a baseline standard for member interactions to ensure a consistent experience, utilize occasional anonymous surveys with our members, gather Chamber Membership testimonials of “How the Chamber Has Helped Me/Us”, etc.
Strategy III: Member-facing resource management
Goal- Maintain and strengthen member-facing resources to improve relevance, accuracy and quality of chamber resources.
Key Tactics: Identify resources available to the membership and frequently remind the membership of available resources.
