STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS: a local and statewide ecosystem of mutually beneficial partnerships which amplifies our collective impact.
Strategy I: Build Regional and State-wide Relationships
Goal- strengthen and expand relationships with local, regional and state entities to support the chamber’s mission and businesses.
Key Tactics: increase our involvement in the above named entities informing them of the chamber’s vision and mission, building win-win opportunities for all parties, becoming a host site for regional and state partnerships.
Strategy II: Membership-directed Data
Goal- provide data and success stories that demonstrate the value of building strategic relationships through grants and initiatives.
Key Tactics: Highlight Member Success Stories, Grant success stories, Project success stories through social media, newspaper, radio, newsletter, etc.
Strategy III: Strategic Alignment
Goal- Align the Chamber’s initiatives with members and Strategic partners priorities for maximum impact.
Key Tactics: identify members priorities through in-person meetings (chamber coffees, lunch & Learns, etc) identify Strategic Partners priorities through staying connected through their newsletters, meetings and conferences.
