VALUES Statement

In celebrating Hohenwald/Lewis County Chamber of Commerce's 50th anniversary the board of directors wanted to put forth this statement of values.

Our values can be summed up in one word: SPICE (sustainability, professionalism, integrity, collaboration, encouragement)

Sustainability- supporting long-term success through planning and adaptability minimizing negative impacts on the business environment of Hohenwald/Lewis County through ever changing economic climates.

Professionalism- delivering valuable member services with innovation and measurable results when possible.

Integrity- acting with openness, accountability, respectability and trust in all we do.

Collaboration- building intentional partnerships that amplify our collective impact.

Encouragement- encouraging creativity and challenging the status quo rooted in kindness, support and affirmation. Encouragement serves as "oxygen for the soul" driving personal growth, building resilience and fostering deeper relationships.
