SoulFit is a Wellness Retreat Center in Hohenwald, TN dedicated to wholeness for the body, mind, and soul. SoulFit is a sanctuary for those who need to rest and restore. Located in Hohenwald, TN it’s  a  place  to  unplug  from  the  day  to  day  and  connect  to the Divine,  nature,  and  self.  The  property  stretches  over  33  acres  of  woods  with  hiking  trails  and  a  creek giving you space to make these connections. The Wellness Center is filled with therapeutic modalities that inspire and encourage the body into wholeness. There is a sauna room, 4 modality rooms, and an outdoor deck that overlooks the organic pond with waterfalls. All of this, right in the heart of nature.
